I have a cat and a 100lb dog plus I also have long hair so we out here sheddin all day. This works great on all kinds of surfaces including my bedsheets and my couch. One stroke down my bedsheets and it picks up all the hair! I like that you never have to clear hair out of the rollers either which is a huge plus for me. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the grip is kind of uncomfortable. It could use a little rubber padding or something. But the main reason is because the battery life is pathetic lol. I’m 75 years old and have owned more vacuum cleaners than I care to think about. I purchased another brand cordless vacuum stick last month and really liked it until it died after just a few weeks… Researching for a replacement with better reliability, I found this wonderful Shark Vacuum Stick….My initial impression was that it’s a bit heavy and slightly clunky compared to the Samsung model I just returned, but after using this baby a few times I love it. This review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) I’m happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. Debating between this and the Dyson and sooo glad I bought this one. I unfortunately lose a lot of hair and this sucks it right up so my floors stay clean! Even when the hair gets stuck in the brush, it was pretty easy to remove so not a big deal.It works great on shag carpeting. I use the highest power but the lower one might also work. In order to empty the bin after only 3 minutes of picking up my dogs hair, one needs to remove the entire center assembly which contains the pre-filter. This is no different from any similar non-bagged cordless vacuum. Actually, this is probably still easier to empty of the dog hair than other non-bagged cordless vacuum in this respect. I use this vacuum almost exclusively to pick up dog hair. Even though it’s not very good at Containing the hair in the bin, it still might be the best tool for this job.
