I am a rookie with gel polish, and this kit was a very helpful kickstarter with clear instructions and all tools included. The colors are vibrant and smooth, that being said they have had a tendency to peel off early for a few of my friends (although I have never had that problem). Also, the UV lamp, although it has worked well overall and is simple and easy to use, is flimsy and has started to come apart (picture shown). This may also be partially because of the awkwardness of the storage, as I was storing some regular nongel polish with it, and often it got squished and pushed around and probably is rougher for the wear. I like this. It does what it says. Lots of room for all my nail needs. I’m trying to grow mine out so I’m not a big manicurist type but it works for my needs. The only thing that would make this better was a space for my nail polish remover container. It comes with a divider on the top but my nail dryer leaves no room for anything else in that space. I have to put the plug inside the dryer to store. Not a big deal to me. Maybe I’m not doing it right. My dryer is old, maybe they are smaller now and would work better, not sure. I have started doing my own acrylic nails and had many boxes to grab from the cupboard every time I redid my nails. This got old fast and so I bought this! It is great. It holds all the nail polish (>46), tools, acrylic powder, has a standing spot for the acrylic monomer, and is easy to transport. It is not a stiff/well supported bag….It is quite flimsy in the top pocket. The nail polish sections are just foam but work well for organizing and protecting the bottles. The side pocket has many pockets and slots to put nail tools. The top has enough room for a UV lamp, goggles, 3 bottles of acrylic powders and still has plenty of extra room. This is made of a nice thick material that feels like it’ll be able to withstand the weight of what you put in it. The foam in the bottom that holds the polishes is very dense and difficult to to use with full sized bottles. Then some of the smaller bottles fit loosely.
