I’ve used this now twice to clean my bedroom carpet. Its not a huge room but big for an apartment. I’m VERY glad I didn’t get dissuaded by some of the reviews that complain about cleaning it, because it’s really not that hard (I’ll get to that).Suction:I found the suction to be more than adequate. I bought a slightly used one and I was skeptical, but I recently spilled a whole little container of that sweet red sauce from a Chinese restaurant on my living room rug. I wiped up as much as I could right when it happened, but was worried I’d never get it back to its original feel and color. This little machine proved me wrong! This is exactly what I was looking for! Great value for the money. The auction power is really good except for with the floor attachment. The roller bar doesn’t do very well sucking up pieces like broken leaves, feathers or string. Not a problematic issue but it could be better. I love the handheld versatility and it works great around the house for quick cleanups, stairs and couches.
