Cautionary tale – we have had these mattresses for 2 1/2 months now and find them to be comfortable, certainly better than our previous mattress, sleep improved. We purchased 2 twin XL vs a king. They opened and fluffed up as stated, however they are not the same thickness – one is correct at 12”, the other is about 11”, not really a big deal. They are firmer than described, so we decided to order the toppers. We had to order the toppers from Amerisleep directly (vs Amazon) – big mistake! Shipping was late, no updates etc., when they did arrive the actual toppers had no labels, paperwork, instructions, care guide etc., just foam, condensed, wrapped in plastic, put into a shipping box.
