The nails are not too thin like some, the color is great. They apply easily, the adhesive will last about 4 days before starting to loosen on parts of the nail. Just use a drop of nail glue to reapply. I also used a drop of nail glue before applying these nails since I hadn’t used these before and wanted to be sure they would stick. One issue: fibers and dusk sticking to the adhesive that is exposed on the nail tip that doesn’t cover you entire nailbed. I was working in the yard (with gloves on). When I removed my gloves, the fibers from the gloves were stuck on the nail adhesive (uggh) it looked really dirty like I was out working without gloves. So, I had to remove the nails. I like the nails and have been using them almost every day. I got neutral/dark colors and have gotten compliments. They’re good for the price – the design is pretty but upon closer inspection the clouds look kind of funny. I noticed some scratches on the design while putting them on so I did two coats of gel top coat over them. The kit comes with some tools like a cuticle stick, file, an alcohol wipe, nail glue and adhesive tabs which is nice!Before I put them on I lightly filed the surface of my nails and used acetone. These nails are pretty hit or miss. Some of the sets were very cute and didn’t seem flimsy but one or two in the kit weren’t very good quality. The square nails base color didn’t match the round nails so you won’t be able to mix shapes. Also, be sure to use a good glue with them as the adhesive included is not very long lasting. I got these in medium almond and they are too long for my personal taste (I type all day and need a shorter length) but I just cut them down and reshape. I should have gotten the short-length almond but didn’t see them until after I had already purchased these – so if you like a shorter length be aware that this brand has short-length squoval, square, and almond available in another listing.
